prepare GCB submission #116

@beckybanbury (and @beckybanbury , @hmullerlandau , @nkunert , @ValentineHerr, if you're interested),

GCB requires identification of a key figure that will be highlighted in the table of contents, etc. I'd suggest Fig. 2. Do you agree?

Also, suggestions for reviewers?

I've started a file with submission notes here.

For the record, we're way under the GCB limit for the word count (for once)! And abstract is the right length.

From a quick review of the GCB submisison checklist, I think all is good to go, other than issue #62 and identifying reviewers.
