@beckybanbury, it's getting confusing what's what with the results. It would be helpful to separate out the current best results (that go in the paper) from things you've tried in the past. Suggestions:
[x] put current results in an "archive" folder
[x] start new set of folders for results you plan to present in the paper.
[x] put all model results in a single file with additional columns indicating model type, "best" or not, and date run
