Prepare analysis script #4

@ValentineHerr, please write script for model defined in issue #2.

Let's keep this analysis within this repository-- i.e., use raw data here (we'll copy over updated versions as appropriate) and put results here. Scripts go here.

Let's output both statistical results and figures.

@ValentineHerr, could you please make your script produce two separate models: 1- mature forests only (age>=100 or 999 ) 2- the model with age as an interaction

I believe all your figures currently are for the model that includes age, but we'll also want results without the complicating effects of age (and with the 999 forests).
