Currently (in the manuscript) we have the following pairs:
$GPP:NPP$, $ANPP:BNPP$, $ANPP{foliage}:ANPP{stem}$, $ANPP{foliage}:NPP$, $ANPP{stem}:NPP$, $ANPP:NPP$, and $BNPP:NPP$
The first should be switched to $NPP:GPP$. I think this may be resolved already, but registering it here because I'm a bit confused. In ratio_grid_plots_1.png it is resolved; in ratio_grid_plots.png it is not. I'm not sure which is our current best. (Relates to issue #77.)
