update stats on records sent to EFDB #42

@ValentineHerr , I just moved the last batch of files sent to EFDB from the "ready" to "sent" folder (this commit: https://github.com/forc-db/IPCC-EFDB-integration/commit/d166b62311ab89f732a1cc3d19c1d698eae38714). I'm not sure from where your code for figures & tables in the paper draws it's information, but if it's dependent upon these folders, we'll need to update.

@ValentineHerr , note that there are also a couple figures that use this info (but we need to solve #43 first)
