change "transferred" or "sent" (to EFDB) to "submitted" in Figures & Tables

@ValentineHerr , we need to reword "transferred" or "sent" (to EFDB) to "submitted" in a few places:

[x] map figure: "site with some data sent to EFDB" to "site with some data submitted to EFDB"
[x] histogram (legend): "transferred" --> "submitted"
[x] table 2 : "n sent to EFDB" --> "n submitted to EFDB"
