HPCWriter classes can be refactored into BaseBashScriptWriter classes #33

The HPCWriter notification listener classes could be useful in any scenario where the workflow needs to write a bash script during an MCO run.

We can make further use of this functionality (and maybe port into another repo) by refactoring these classes to inherit from a base class.
