Create a tool for going between codemeta.json and BibTeX/RIS/etc #29

This task would create a simple tool / website that enabled you to go from a codemeta.json file to a BibTeX file, RIS file etc for a software citation reference.

Ideally, this could be embedded by people like publishers, repositories and catalogues.
