At the program committee meeting today, we defined the overall theme for the Force 2017 meeting as

Changing the culture

At the programme committee meeting on May 4, we discussed two options for defining themes for each day (given that the overall theme for the conference has been chosen):

• choose a theme for each day and use those in guiding/soliciting sessions submissions
• use session submissions and subsequent grouping/allocation of them to determine theme for each day

Suggestion for possible daily sub themes under "Changing the Culture":

Day 1 - "A Look Of Review: What Successes Have We Been Having?" Day 2 - "Dream Big: Where Do We Want To Go?" Day 3 - "Baby Steps: What Are The Next Steps Towards Change?"

Then all the topics that are important (our whole current list of themes) can fit, it's just a matter of placing them in the right day.
