Einstein for Developers Visual Studio Error ( Error SFApiRequestError) #71

My Team created a Salesforce Org to test Einstein for Developers. I've verified all the Salesforce Org requirements, and all settings are correct. I also installed all extensions, connected my VS to my Salesforce Org. The SFApiRequestError: Request failed with Status code 400. triggers. Has anyone encountered this problem and have a solution if so please share.
