Moving to React Native 0.66 #325

Successfully ran ./test/test_force.js --cli=forcereact and ./test/test_force.js --cli=forcereact --use-sfdx
Successfully ran react native template apps in Xcode 13 / iOS 15
Currently testing Android

Looking good on iOS 15/14.5/13.7 and Android 30/29. But Android 31 always fail to connect to react native bundler server. Merging for now. Will sent new PR if a fix is needed for Android 31.
