Cleaner pod files for React Native templates

[wmathurin]

• no longer using use_frameworks!
• calling helper functions defined in mobilesdk_pods.rb
• now it works with Hermes enabled

(however it still failing to build with Xcode 13 / it works fine with Xcode 14)
