Removing the package name from AndroidManifest.xml broke RN for Android and iOS #365

On iOS, our Podfile has

config = use_native_modules!
Which comes from node_modules/@react-native-community/cli-platform-ios/native_modules
Which calls node_modules/@react-native-community/cli/build/bin.js

On Android, our build.gradle has

apply from: file("../../node_modules/@react-native-community/cli-platform-android/native_modules.gradle")
Which also calls node_modules/@react-native-community/cli/build/bin.js

bin.js is the one complaining about not finding a package name in the AndroidManifest.xml
