Issues with output from analytics sfdx commands #121

Summary

  1. In the Output view, there are 2 Salesforce CLI channels -- one for the salesforcedx-vscode commands' output, one for the analytics commands' output.
  2. If an analytics sfdx command (e.g. Create Analytics Template) fails, the error popup doesn't seem to bring up the output channel correctly to see the sfdx error output.
