Added liveConnection properties to datasetFile. #122

Adds 'liveConnection' property to exiting 'datasetFiles' property in template-info.json?

Supports lint and code completion for new property

Also, you can ignore the windows test failures. I haven't figured out why the json lang server won't start on windows in github actions.
