Workspace Manager should check for CodeBuilder perm set and warn user #106

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, if the user does not have the necessary permset, the ui renders, but the user is prevented from creating a workspace. And the message that is displayed to the user is not helpful.

Describe how you think Code Builder can help solve your problem or improve your work It would be a better ux if the user was warned immediately if they do not have all the credentials necessary to use code builder.
