Confusing directory option when cloning a repository #122

General feedback When I clone a repo, I'm presented with a dropdown menu starting me out with /home/codebuilder. Is it possible to go totally off the rails here, and create a weird repository state? This feels like a weird open option. I feel like if I'm cloning a repo, I'd like to create a new project somewhere, or have it be really clear that it's a multi-root repo.

No other options on this right now. We have constraints within the open source project we use and the back-end virtual machine.
