OAuth device flow UX could be enhanced to better sign-post the user what to do #92

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When inside code builder and authorizing your devhub, the instructions to the user are buried inside the output terminal. This has caused users to be confused, as they are waiting for a browser window to open up. It would be cool if the poptart that appears saying "Running SFDX: Authorize a Dev Hub" had some additional information to better sign-post the user to take action.

Describe what you are ultimately trying to do Keep the user from being confused as to how to authorize a devhub.

Describe how you think Code Builder can help solve your problem or improve your work Add some more information to the Pop Tart that helps the user accomplish their task.

This issue has been linked to a new work item: W-9863748

This would require changes to the SFDX VS Code Extensions, wherever the auth code is likely the Core extension
