Synchronization with Git #267

If I make my own commits, the changes are not included in the activity and I can't promote the work item.

To Reproduce

  1. Intall package
  2. Assign permission sets
  3. Create github acc
  4. Add new github acc to an existing repository
  5. Approve from github organization
  6. Set up IP allow list
  7. Set up project, environment, pipeline
  8. Create Work Item, create commit, push commit

I expected commits to appear. But in 3 days, nothing.

There is no data in the sf_devops__Vcs_Event__c table. IP List for github organization is configured. Also, the yellow notification at the top about the background process does not disappear.

How did you solved this? I did a merge in github, but devops still "processing".
