Conflict detection/resolution in DevOps Center #90

Today conflicts are detected by GitHub as merge conflicts. This roadmap item is to provide more assistance earlier in the flow and on the DevOps Center side to help identify and manage/resolve conflicts.

Where there are multiple dev boxes running, it would be good to be able to see if another dev box is working on the same code / object. This would allow some collaboration with the other developer.

I know this is done in Copado.
