Allow use of repo template when creating project with new repository #92

Currently when creating a new project, DevOps Center allows you to create a new GitHub repository based on a SF provided repo template, or use your own existing repository. This request would allow you to create a new GitHub repository based on your own specified repo template.

If this means being able to configure a package.xml or similar to avoid having to make a initial commit from the main org, this would be a great quick win!
