Git2Gus App is installed but the .git2gus/config.json doesn't exist.

@jag-sfdc @reiniergs My understanding is that the project is moving away from Connect and towards the Gus API so I've tried to update things with that in mind but please let me know if I've approached anything incorrectly. Thanks!

This is a much needed change. Thanks for the contribution @jessebrack. GUS API is the right way to go.
