Closing of work item when GH issue closed not working #92

I've closed several GitHub issues that had Git2Gus automatically created linked GUS work items, however none of the GUS work items were closed - I had to close them manually.

For example: https://github.com/heroku/heroku-buildpack-python/issues/1004 https://github.com/heroku/heroku-buildpack-python/issues/1019 https://github.com/heroku/heroku-buildpack-python/issues/1027

It seems this feature is broken?

Do the Git2Gus logs show anything that might suggest the cause? :-)
