Per the below documentation, I've configured the 'isvte-sfdx-plugin' in my VS and ran the command (sfdx isvte:mdscan -d mdout) on a repository.

Upon running the command, it displayed the results along with a few recommendations (refer attached screenshot).
In the recommendations, one of the links is not working(refer attached screenshot). It says 404 not found while opening. URL: https://developer.salesforce.com/event/salesforce-lightning-base-components-open-source
Hence, raising this ticket to fix it so that it will be helpful to everyone.
