Start Dev Server without having to connect to an Org #108

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Most of the time I see myself developing a component in which I don't really need to get any information about the environment/scratch org/sandbox. So it does not make sense for me to waste time creating an environment just to start developing the component.

Describe the solution you'd like Start dev server without the need of having sfdx configured with a defaultusername.
