the server fail to load the main app component, no errors logged #152

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. with clean installation lwc receipts project on Windows, the lwc-dev-server fails to load/preview any component. No configuration was made, all the default values were used. No error was logged. It just goes into infine loading main page/component list/preview particular component

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: 1.start server

  1. open server page and it is loading forever, display empty page
  2. css and some files are loaded in the page src, but remains empty

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. After start it opens main page/component list/preview particular component

I have the same problem and not the only one Could you treat this problem as priority P1 please.
