@xingruoxicic plugin installation issues are not in our purview, so I am transferring this issue to the CLI team.

Hey @xingruoxicic sorry for the late reply on this. It looks like when an issue is transferred to us here it can easily get lost. Unfortunately it looks like this plugin has fallen behind on its dependencies and it is not owned by the CLI team either.

It appears to be related to https://github.com/forcedotcom/lwc-dev-server-feedback/issues/164 I am going to transfer this issue to their repo. Best of luck.

The reason for all similar issues is due to the deprecation of https://www.npmjs.com/package/@oclif/config

Author message:
Package no longer supported. Contact Support at https://www.npmjs.com/support for more info.

This library has been replaced by [@oclif/core](https://github.com/oclif/core) and is now in maintenance mode. We will only consider PRs that address security concerns.

and also seeing the message on their github page:

This repository has been archived by the owner on Aug 22, 2023. It is now read-only.
