LWC Local devevlopment Install Error #66

Describe the bug When I run the command to install LWC Local Development in VSCode, I get the below error Error: unable to get local issuer certificate

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open VSCode Terminal.
  2. run the command sfdx plugins:install @salesforce/lwc-dev-server
  3. error received.

Expected behavior Install should have worked as per the available documentation.

hey ,guys i face problem in install plugins for lightning web components local development server . plugin is ===>sfdx plugins:install @salesforce/lwc-dev-server and after fetching 2/4 package......installing stop and show error like,...network problem..?
