Local Development Server Cache Issue #96

Describe the bug The local development server appears to be pulling up an old version of my .html file for my LWC app. It is now presenting an error on the server that does not actually exist in the file. I have rebooted the server, the code and the machine, as well as cleared browser cache and tried incognito mode.

Expected behavior Local Development server should receive the most recent updated file

This seems to be working again. I didn't do anything other than publish my LWC to my dev org. Still, the issue presented without any obvious reason and resolved itself just as mysteriously.
