This pull request includes the following fixes:

Investigate test failure when number of rows inserted for SpillableGroupByTest is above 50K (#640)
Explicitly remove memory mapped files instead of using deleteOnExit (#638)

Multiple consistency changes, and cleanUp fixes. SpillableGroupByTestcase only inserts 1000 rows to improve performance.
