Support running end2end tests against 'real' hbase cluster #714

By setting the test url in the BaseConnectedQueryTest, you can then point any test at the cluster of your choice.

I'm hacking the HBase IntegrationTestDriver to point them to a cluster of my choice. Hoping to share it soon too.
