Add Bulk v1 endpoint for retrieving batch results from query operation #57

Hi, on the endpoints provided for Bulk v1 I didn't find the one for checking the detailed result of a batch completed on job of type query. If it is not there could you add it?

the endpoint will be like this

it is almost the same as the Bulk Retrieve Batch Result endpoint but with the id of the batch result added.
