Update the version of core, get rid of the type conflicts for core-bundle

Functionality Before

@salesforce/core is version 6.5.3 and @salesforce/kit is version 3.0.15

Functionality After

@salesforce/core is version 6.7.4 and @salesforce/kit is version 3.1.0
