Not able to see option to deploy to cloudhub from ACB

Describe the bug I am not able to see the option of deploy to cloudhub in comman pallete.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

I am also facing the same issue. Is there any resolution? It was working fine earlier but I start facing the issue after last CloudHub US 1 outage.
