IDE Launch takes a long time and starts with state non-logged in

Launching the IDE (even when its already running) takes a long time, sometimes its slow enough that I can go get a cup of coffee. Does not lend itself to productivity much . Also I have to login everytime even when I launch my own IDE (I am already logged in to the site)

To Reproduce Launch the IDE

Expected behavior I would expect it to launch quickly (30-60 seconds at most) And I should be already logged in as I can only launch from an authenticated page.
