Describe the bug Error launching Anypoint Code Builder Web IDE

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Anypoint Code Builder
  2. Click on Launch Web IDE
  3. See error: Something went wrong while preparing your web IDE. Something went wrong, you may want to try to launch it later. You can try to re-launch it later. Or report an issue with instance URL
