Allow import of API fragments when designing APIs #45

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When designing APIs we have published API Fragments for common message schemas which are imported into APIs. The ACB import exchange asset does not allow for these to be searched for and imported. This is possible via design center.

Describe what you are ultimately trying to do Trying to use shared components in all of our APIs which are shared in Exchange.

Describe how you think Anypoint Code Builder can help solve your problem or improve your work Support for API Fragment / JSON Schema Exchange assets to be imported to an API design.

What priority would you give to this feature request? Must have
