Ability to set placeholders and callbacks #16

Set placeholders in the body/header and use callback functions to resolve them.

Such as tokens etc.

Break out key store provider from genesis/behat-sql-extension and use that here.

And have a mechanism to use previous api response if it is json. Should be a register-able handler so an XML variant can be added externally.
