DISABLED TRIGGER support #230

apgdiff does not recognize disabled triggers

ALTER TABLE my_table DISABLE TRIGGER my_table_trigger;

Hi, If possible test the develop branch with the PR #234

Now in release the folder its the jar version 2.6.0
