Improve google sitelinks

Currently google automagically derives page/sections from the site as shown in the screenshot below. However these are not necessarily the best choices. For example the first section would ideally be "find a series".

Ideas:

• sitelinks are supposedly algorithmically generated https://developers.google.com/search/docs/advanced/appearance/sitelinks
• sitemaps however may influence the sitselinks https://developers.google.com/search/docs/advanced/sitemaps/overview

Once PR #183 has been merged, the sitemaps can be submitted to Google: https://developers.google.com/search/docs/crawling-indexing/sitemaps/build-sitemap#addsitemap

Review google website 3 months after deployment, and if it appears correctly we can close this issue.
