Is this added in a specific version of the DO ansible plugin? If so we should update to that version here too https://github.com/forem/selfhost/blob/main/requirements.yml#L4=

@jdoss Yes, you are right. The fault is on me for having installed the ansible collections without using the requirements.yml. So this PR update the digital ocean ansible collection to latest upstream version. Cheers!
