Fix errors for 1-CPU machine

Two small fixes here:

• Running on a machine with only CPU would needlessly parallelize, ultimately making analysis much slower. I’ve added a check which defaults to running in serial if only 1 CPU exists.
• The Local selector now names elements by their folder if it exists. This is to preserve mtriage passes that have been downloaded/imported from elsewhere.
