Radial Tree add L7 #15

Please add L5'7 and L7 to the superhaplogroups list in order to see them displayed in the radial tree.

wanted to change but can not find the superhaplogroups.txt file.

The folder "inputfiles" is empty. @minimops : did you move the files or should it be in this directory?

Did you want labels on all of these or just on L5 and L7?

Actually added it to .gitignore since i want sure about sharing & the files made available for download are then in the repo twice. But we would need these anyway for automatic gh workers in the future, so i will probably add them back.
