in the search outputs, how about adding as an option the whole mutation signature (from rCRS or RSRS) rather than just the terminal branch?

Waiting for more feedback here.

In the meantime, try to change the column from 'HG-Signature' to 'Full HG-Signature' when toggle is set to full mutation mode.

Feel free to test there and test if this behavior is desired.

Works as intended.

When searching for a variant it would be nice to highlight the searched variant in the results table. Especially when toggle "Has Mutation" is activated, it is hard to find the variant amongst the long list of variants.

Implemented this now. Was surprisingly not trivial :D

Highlights the entire mutation, when is a match.
