We need a responsive navigation bar for the Signature Resizer project. The navbar should include links to Home, Features, About, and Contact sections.

Requirements:

Use a modern UI library like Material-UI or Bootstrap.
The navbar should be responsive and adapt to different screen sizes.
The links should be functional and navigate to the respective sections (you can use placeholder sections for now).
