[Feature request] Individual roaming more often when possible #44

Right now there isn't really any or proper individual roaming logic. We should have:

  1. Let mid player bot roam side lanes e.g. when it gets to 6 or with ult not in cd and has sufficient mana/hp and enemies are close to tower.
  2. Let side lane supports to go mid has sufficient mana/hp and stuns to kill enemy mid player
  3. TBA

For now twin gates are not working. so bot need to either move or tp to other lanes if need to roam
