suggestion - screen colour #29

No issue experienced .. this is a suggestion for potential future update
1. Requesting that the user has the ability to choose the screen background 
colour
2. The user is able to select text colour, so this request is viewed as a 
development
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
.23 on Droid 4

Hi,

User can set any image as background bitmap.
(But this feature is for donors only.)
