Suggest: left-to-right stylus swipe to select text #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. (On tablet) be sure text is fully shifted to right
2. Move stylus/finger left-to-right within text line
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Currently NOOP.  Suggest this action selects text where stylus/finger was 
pressed down

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v0.2.05 on Android 3.2
