I'm looking for a concise (scientific) description of exactly what this code does, but I'm not seeing it anywhere in this repo. Could you please add that info (or make it easier to find)?

Hi Krista, This package is still under construction and requires lots more information, as you noted. I will turn it into private mode until this is done to avoid confusion. I'll let you asap when it is ready. Best
