Citation Addition #22

Hi @teixeirak,

I've been laying low on the Climate Portal the last few days as you re-work the folder organization, but I thought that maybe it would be okay to carry on with adding citations for original data sets. That said, it seems that not all data sets are offer data users full citation information. The format that I'm aiming for (unless a data source provides a full citation - then I keep their format) is:

Last, F., F. Last, and F. Last. Year. Data title ver #. Edited by F.M. Last. Repository Name. DOI link [or link to data if no DOI available]. Accessed Year-0M-0D.

Is that alright with you, or do you have a different citation style that you'd prefer?

You can go ahead and add citations as direct edits; no need for me to review in pull requests.
